Student projects

HEI students are deeply involved in both their academic environment and their community, with a remarkably high-quality student journal; a series of model international organizations; and working groups that tackle human rights, the globalization of trade, and business development, among other pressing issues.

HEI recognizes that student engagement has educational value in that it imparts a sense of initiative and openness to change and teaches students the importance of cooperation, communication, leadership, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork. That is why HEI encourages students to get involved in a variety of extracurricular projects and activities.

As you can see, the options are virtually endless. You’re sure to find something that aligns with your goals. For information on specific activities, feel free to contact the project coordinators directly.

You can also visit the Student Services website for detailed information on how Université Laval recognizes students for ongoing participation, which may include academic credits, an attestation letter, or a note in their transcript. Getting involved is both practical and gratifying!
