Abdoulaye Anne is an educational sociologist interested in issues of quality and relevance in education. He is an associate professor in the Department of Foundations and Practices in Education in the Faculty of Education.

He is particularly interested in conducting comparative analyses of education policies and resulting practices. His current research focuses on the effect of educational decentralization policies on stakeholders, the role of innovation and stakeholder involvement in the design of educational policies, and the cognitive aspects of successful implementation of educational policies.
