Help with your studies
- Academic Advising: our staff is here to guide you during your studies at ESEI. Feel free to contact us.
- The Student Assistance Centre provides student orientation, academic and psychological support, and help for people living with a disability.
- The Student Awards and Financial Aid Office provides information on available financial assistance.
- Our Placement Service (SPLA) can help you find an internship or a job.
Technical support
Centre de service en technologie de l’information et en pédagogie (CSTIP) provides technical assistance for equipment and software recommended by the University.

Our equipment is stored at the loan counter in the Charles-De Koninck Building, Room 0273
Equipment available for loan
Loan procedure
- Go to the loan counter
- Show your Université Laval ID card.
- Sign the loan liability form.
- Return the equipment after your activity, INCLUDING ALL CABLES AND JACKS.
- Length of loan: 3 days
You can ask Coordination or the communications officer at the Graduate School of International Studies for an extension.
Important precaution
Borrow your computer equipment the DAY BEFORE YOUR ACTIVITY so you have time to check that updates have been made and the batteries have been charged.
